Please read the following before making your visit

Reservations are not required, but are recommended, particularly if you are coming from out of town. On busy days there may be a bit of a wait should the patio become busy, but access is not a problem.

Our window service is always available for guests who would like to stop by for treats without visiting the bunnies as well. We have seating and lawn games available outside of the bunny pen to provide entertainment for the whole family.

Access to the bunny patio is five dollars per person should you pay on arrival. Reservations are a flat fee of twenty five dollars.  If you have a reservation, this fee covers entry for up to six people.

Children under 14 must be supervised at all times, with a ratio of no more than three children per adult (infants in carriers or strollers excluded).

Admittance to the bunny garden is limited to a one hour duration on busy days.  We kindly ask that all guests admitted to the patio remain observant of their time should seating become limited. Should it be a quiet day, guests are very welcome to remain longer.

In cases of inclement weather, we will post an update to FB & Instagram advising as to whether the bunnies must stay home. We will also send email notice to any reservations to assist with rescheduling.

We ask that there be no running, jumping, yelling, roughhousing, or otherwise boisterous behaviour. While bunnies can be hardy and curious creatures, they are also quite sensitive. Please help us maintain their physical, mental and social well being. Guests requiring repeated reminders will be asked to end their visit early.

Bunnies are not to be picked up or lifted in any way. Approaching the bunnies is welcome but please respect their desire for space should they retreat from any interactions. Do not single out any of the bunnies to follow relentlessly.

Please do not share any snacks with the bunnies other than designated snacks provided.

Please understand that bunnies require multiple naps throughout the day. This time is needed all the more in a busy environment. Some visits you will be surrounded by bunnies, other times you may not be so lucky.

As living beings, we allow our bunnies full autonomy in controlling when, how, and with who they interact.

As prey animals, bunnies are quite content to head into their house and refuse to come out should the predators in their garden prove too loud or active for their liking.

Children are welcome at the cafe, but expectations regarding the experience should keep this in mind.
